    Quality and Excellent Customer Service.

    The Crystal Whimsy Team made a custom ring for my granddaughter. She was so excited to receive. We were hesitant to purchase a ring with cremains added but took the chance. The quality of workmanship, materials and customer service was beyond what we expected. You could not ask for a more beautiful ring. Sadly, my granddaughter knocked out one of the settings and due to being a teenager caused the ring to lose its round shape. Crystal Whimsy Team was able to reset the stone and shape the ring back to round. I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, quality items and first-class workmanship. You will not be dissappointmed when ordering from them.
